timber villas built in 1893. The buildings have been occupied by professionals
and students alike for the past century. Over the past six years our
tenants have mainly consisted of international and local students
who create the fun, communal atmosphere of the houses. We welcome
short and long term students, travellers or anyone looking for an
easygoing, affordable place to stay close to the city.
